At North Somerset Enterprise and Technology College (NSETC), our job is to get students fit for work in their chosen career or further and Higher Education pathway.
NSETC provides a different style of learning for students. We are revolutionising learning and recruitment in the region. Why? Because the days of measuring success by academic qualifications alone are long gone. Transferable skills, justifiable confidence, and real-world experience is what employers look for nowadays.
The school has a business-like environment for pupils and we are committed to ensuring our students have ambition, confidence and a set of skills which gives them a distinct edge above others who are applying for jobs and university places with the same high qualifications.
NSETC is flying the flag for STEM learning (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) across North Somerset. We teach students how to use industry-standard equipment and provide them with access to real work experience as they undertake placements with big-name employers and take part in career workshops and seminars.
